Denise S. (Livingston) Smith, 56, entered into the arms of the Lord on March 24, 2021 at York Hospital. Born on June 21, 1964 in York to the late James and Amber M. (Bowman) Livingston. Denise was the loving wife of David P. Smith. She worked for many years for Select Medical and owned her own business for two years doing taxes. Denise loved her family more than anything, especially her grandchildren. 

     In addition to her husband, David, she leaves to cherish her memory, her daughter, Amber Bortner; grandchildren, Kylie Martin, Kainen Stoner and Kolton Bortner; and a host of family and friends. 

     A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, March 30, 2021 at 1 p.m. at Springwood Chapel, 2360 Springwood Rd, York with Pastor Edward Ross officiating.A viewing will be held before the service from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
