Jozef W. Iwanski, of Dover, Pa died September 9, 2021 at his home surrounded by his family. He was born to Sabina and Wincenty Iwanski in Chodkowo, Poland, July 30, 1948 before immigrating to the United States with his family in 1962. He lived in North Brunswick, NJ for 43 years before moving to Dover, Pa in 2015. Jozef worked for IBS as a Production Supervisor from 1971-2011. He enjoyed bowling, shooting pool and going fishing.
      He will be remembered for his infectious laughter, his generous smile, his entertaining stories, his unfailing work ethic, his willingness to come at any time of day or night to help anyone in need. But most of all he will be remembered for his quiet strength, humility and his love of his family and those closest to him.
     He is survived by his loving wife of 53 years Antoinette; his daughters, Michelle and her husband Jeff of Altoona, PA, Marlene and her husband Richard of Crandford, NJ and Yvonne and her husband Sean of Spotswood, NJ; three grandchildren, Devin and his wife Kelly of Altoona, PA, Justin of Forked River, NJ and Sean of Spotswood, NJ. He is preceded in death by his mother, Sabina in 2005, his son Joseph in 2007 and his father Wincenty in 2011. 
     A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 4 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. 822 E. Market St, York with Sister Monica officiating.
