Anthony Wayne Moore “Porge” of York, PA, passed away on Friday April 28, 2023. He was 53 years old. His family is deeply saddened by his death.
Affectionately known as Porge he was born on February 5th, 1970 to Yvette Moore. He is survived and forever remembered by his children, 4 sons JaQuell, Jashan, Jalaun and Jani Moore and a daughter Nijah Moore. His grandchildren Tamarius and Amari Powell-Moore, Q’Moni and A’Siyh Moore and Kash Carter. Cousins/brothers Damon and Darren (Sharon) Moore and an Uncle Richard “Cola” Moore.
Born and raised in York Pennsylvania, he attended and graduated from William Penn Senior High School class of 1988. He later attended York Technical Institute earning a degree in Electronics. Throughout his life, he was employed as a laborer. He enjoyed watching football and was an avid Baltimore Ravens fan. Most importantly he loved spending time with his family and friends. He was loved by many and will be forever missed. Until we meet again. A celebration of his life will be announced at a later date.
