Charles R. Thompson, 74, entered into rest on October 24, 2023, at Rest Haven. He was the loving husband of Brenda L. Thompson whom he shared 16 years. Born on August 3, 1949, in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Matthew and Margaret (Brooks) Thompson. Charles worked as a forklift operator for Logistics Resources, Inc.
In addition to his wife, Brenda, Charles leaves to cherish his memory, his children, Latonya(Tonya) Thompson, Charles Chico Thompson, Porcha Thompson, Kaitlyn Kohler, Aaron Kohler, and Jennifer Kohler; siblings, Matthew Thompson, Jr, Miles Thompson, Paul Thompson, Mable Stewart, and Donald Thompson; and numerous extended family and friends. He was preceded by his daughter, Nichele Hicks, and siblings, Carmen Thompson, Yvonne Thompson, Lloyd Thomas and Norman Thompson.
