Charlotte A. (Miller) Jackson, 69, entered into rest on October 4, 2022 at UPMC Memorial. She was the loving wife of Joseph M. Jackson, Sr.
Born on February 12, 1953 in York, she was the daughter of the late Virgie (Zellers) and Charles Miller.
In addition to her husband, Joseph, Charlotte leaves to cherish her memory, children, Sharon Jackson (Justin Chatters), Joseph Jackson, Jr. (Carmen Figueroa) and Charlene Jackson (Nathaniel Diaz); grandchildren, Breazia Brabham, Alazia Brabham, Demarcus Brabham, Aiyana Jackson, and Joseph Jackson, III; sisters, Rosie Shaffer and Barbara Beaverson; brother Bob Miller; and a host of family and friends. She was preceded in death by her two sons, Chad and Charles; two brothers, Charles and Richard Miller; and sister, Gloria Fant.
A viewing will be held on Monday, October 17, 2022 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc., 822 E. Market St, York Pa. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 , also at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. at 11 a.m, family and friends are invited to share memories during this time. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
