Dennis L. Lentz, 74, was called home to be with his Lord and Savior on December 22, 2022 at York Hospital. He was the loving husband of Beverly J. (Kohler) Lentz whom he shared 39 years with.
Born on February 3, 1948 in York, he was the son of the late Eugene and Anna (Miller) Lentz. Dennis worked as a maintaince mechanic at Graham Architectural Products since 1983. He also worked at the York Fair for 39 years. His favorite hobby was farming.
In addition to his wife, Beverly, Dennis leaves to cherish his memory, children, Dennis Lentz and Tim Lentz and wife, Kellyann; step-children, Lucy Pearson and Daryl Snyder and wife, Hope; grandchildren, Sarah Lentz, Joey Lentz, Shannon, Marc and David Pearson, Mackenzie Lentz, Jaxen and Jameson Synder; great-grandchildren, Allen, Andrea and Jayda Blanchard, McKenzie Welsh; brother, Terry Lentz; and a host of family and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother, Eugene Lentz Jr.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at 2 p.m. at Christ Chapel, 3515 E. Prospect Rd, York Pa. A viewing will be held prior from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Burial will take place immediately after the service at Christ Chapel Cemetery.
