James W. "Toby" Marshall, 69 of Dover entered peacefully in his sleep into Gods loving arms on June 16, 2023.
He is survived by a daughter, Kaleen Marshall, a son, Corey Haring, and his fiance, Darlene Watters with whom he resided with 3 of his grandchildren, Dezarae, Zacherijah and Trenton. His former wife, Annette, two grandchildren, Brittany and Serenity Marshall of AZ, and a brother, Roy Marshall of MD.
He is preceded in death by his previous wife, Sarah of MD, and two sons, James W. Marshall III and Jeremiah Marshall of AZ.
He had many construction and roofing jobs over the years but most recently had been a patient transporter van driver for nursing homes. Toby was a man who loved life. He enjoyed Pink Floyd music, flea markets, bowling, handyman jobs, motorcycles, the beach, boating, fishing and crabbing. But mostly he enjoyed spending time with his family. He will be loved and missed by all.
Celebration of Life Services will be held at the discretion of the family.
