Jay F. Keister, formerly of Hellam and Strinestown, passed away December 25, 2025 at Abbeyville Nursing and Rehab Center in Lancaster. He was born on February 19, 1948, son of the late Charles and Effie (Bupp) Keister. He was the companion of the late Patricia Stauffer, who passed away in January of 2016.

Jay will be laid to rest at Susquehanna Memorial Gardens.
