Kimberly A. Manning, 61, passed away unexpectedly at home January 22, 2026. She was the companion of Larry Shanks. Born in York, PA on April 1, 1964, she was the daughter of the late Joseph E. Moore and Catherine M. Diehl.

Kimberly was an avid lover of all animals. She loved shopping and spending time with her family. Kimberly enjoyed going to the beach. She loved lilies and trying to grow any kind of plant. She will be greatly missed by her family.

Kimberly leaves to cherish her memory, in addition to her companion Larry, daughter, Victoria Catherine Manning and fiance Joseph Mathis Jr.; step children, Tecoar Gilbert and Sarah Gilbert; grandchildren, Jasmine Frye, Randy Frye III, Joseph Manning-Mathis, Ashlen Gilbert and Tecoar Gilbert IV; sister, Kathy Diehl and husband Shawn McDonald; and life long friend, James Alan Manning. She was preceded in death by sister, Kelly Schurtz; and her long time companion, Tecoar Gilbert, Jr.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, February 7, 2026 from 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc, 822 E. Market St, York, Pa. The service will begin at 3:00 p.m. with James A. Manning officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to help defray costs or to the SPCA in Kimberly's honor.
