Linda L. Gaver, 89, passed away February 4, 2026. She was the wife of the late Gary Gaver. Born in York, PA on July 3, 1936 to the late Charles Edward and Mertel May (Danner) Kunkle.

Linda dedicated 38 years working for York College and retired at the age of 85. She loved working with her flowers in her yard and spending time with her family. Linda a loved by her family and will be greatly missed.

Linda leaves to cherish her memory, children, Steven Hughes, Patricia Hughes, Debra Hoover, Karen Clemente, Sharon Stahle, Sandra Waltimyer, Harry Witmer and Melissa Harvey; grandchildren, Kathy Hughes, Richard Stahle, Holly Leakway, Matthew Eisenhour, Stevie Glassman, Travis Burg, Alexis Waltimyer, Christine Doudrick, Cloyd Doudrick and Juliana Harvey; many great grandchildren; and sister, Rose Kauffman. She was preceded in death by children, Roberta Doudrick and Richard Trimmer; siblings, Larry Kunkel, Jean Kunkel, Bet Kunkel, Robert Kunkel and Rod Kunkel.
