Peggy Jean Howard, 68, passed away March 22, 2026. She was the wife of the late Rickey M. Howard, Sr. Born on June 6, 1957 in York, PA, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred and Sara "Betty" Myers, Jr.

Peggy was a supervisor at Shumen Heritage Printing Company for over 25 years. She had a heart of gold and would do anything for her family and friends.

Peggy leaves to cherish her memory, son, Chad M. Howard, Sr; step children, Rickey M. Howard, Jr. and Summer Howard Koons; grandchildren, Jaden Howard, Chad M. Howard, Jr and Natalia Dull; sister, Tammy Thomas; and life long friend, Cindy Tome. She was preceded in death by son, Danny L. Dull.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Details to follow.
