Ronald “Ron” Marcus Beasley passed away August 2, 2025. He was married to Rosa Iris Beasley. Ronald “Ron” Marcus Beasley was born in Alameda County California on February 14, 1954. He was the son of the late Robert Henry Beasley and Mary Elizabeth Beasley Butcher and stepfather Paul Butcher.

Ron is survived by three siblings: Beverly Beasley (Sis), Robert Beasley (Bunchie), and Paul Beasley (Squirrel). Daughter Katlyn, stepdaughter Yianira (husband Luis), stepsons, Robinson (wife Linda), Alex, Edwin (wife Jackie). Grandchildren Jaslyn, Maylynne, Ulises, Krystal, Jacqueline, Chassidy, Austin, Emena, David and Lecya. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many family members.

Ronald “Ron” was a veteran of the US Armed Forces. Ron retired in 2016 from Schaad Detective Agency. He was an outgoing person who loved people and enjoyed helping his friends and neighbors to get around town. He had a great sense of humor and always strived to make others laugh. Ron loved listening to music and playing his bass guitar. He enjoyed fishing and trying different foods at local restaurants. One of Ron’s greatest joys was helping people learn about the Bible as an active member of the Springdale Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

A memorial talk is scheduled for Saturday, August 16, at 2:00 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, located at 50 W Cottage Pl, York PA 17401-2215.

Immediate family members will provide arrangements to view the service through Zoom.
