Rose Marie Hardesty, 55, passed away unexpectedly August 31, 2026. Born in York, PA on December 29, 1970, she was the daughter of the late Virginia Marie Hardesty and Homer G.

Rose had a passion for cooking and baking. She loved getting a big meal together each week for all her family and friends, anyone was always welcome. She enjoyed shopping at consignment shops and loved her "oldies" music. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends.

Rose leaves her memory to cherish with her children, Anthony T. Mingo, Areenia T. Mingo and Merlow T. Mingo; grandchildren, Dahmaj De'Shields, Ta'Yona De'Shields, Dan'Niya Johnson, Jai'Asia Mingo, Clarence Lutzinger, Malik Walker, Akyah Mingo, Aaliyah Walker and Andrew Lutzinger; sisters, Pamela A. Hardesty and Virgina Hardesty. She was preceded in death by her parents and sister, Christina Foster.

A viewing will be held on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. The service will begin at 12:00 p.m. with Pastor Christian Gonzalez officiating.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home to help defray costs.
