Todd Sterling Stump, 65, passed away at home December 10, 2025. Born in York, PA on March 6, 1960, he was the son of the late Sterling E. and Janet D. Kinard Stump.

Todd had a passion for singing and dancing. He participated in the Special Olympics for many years where he enjoyed the bowling events. He will be greatly missed by his family.

Todd leaves to cherish his memory, brother, Brad Stump; sister in law, Susan Stump Ferguson; nephews, Brent Stump and Adam Stump; niece, Lora Haines. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Galen Keith Stump.

A Celebration of Life service will be held Friday, December 19, 2025 at Living Word Community Church, 2530 Cape Horn Rd, Red Lion, Pa 17356. The visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. The service will be casual and will begin at 11:00 with a luncheon to follow. Burial will be private. Gladfelter Funeral Home, Inc. is entrusted with the arrangements.
