Roy Douglas Ensminger, 65, went Home to The Lord on December 11, 2021. He was the loving husband of Joan (Deveney) Ensminger with whom he shared 47 years of marriage. Roy was born in York, PA on January 1, 1956; he was the son of Ida Jane Jennings and the late Roy L. Ensminger. Roy worked at Rutter’s Dairy for approximately 34 years as a Wholesale Driver and retired in January 2018.
      Family meant the world to Roy and was always his top priority. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his beloved dog, Hanna. Roy especially loved visiting his hunting camp in Potter County. 
     Roy leaves to cherish his memory in addition to his wife Joan and mother, Ida Jane, two daughters, Rebekah Robinson and husband Harry; Rachel Easter and husband Joshua; four grandchildren, Haley Robinson, Levi Hammers, Caleb and Chloe Easter; three nieces, Aleta Gipson, Erika Ginder and Alissa Sandoe; two nephews, Andrew and Jesse Specht; and two sister-in-laws, Barbara Specht and Suzanne Trimble and husband Rick. Roy was preceded in death by his sisters, Patti and Beth Ensminger.
     A Celebration of Life Service will be held on January 22, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. A visitation will be held prior from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m.
