Thomas Edward Rohrbaugh Sr., 82, entered into the presence of God on Thursday November 4, 2021 at 11:25 am at Pleasant Acres Nursing and Rehab Hospital. He was the husband of the late Bonnie Sullivan Rohrbaugh whom he was married to for 55 years.

     Born in york, he was the son of the late Emanual Charles Rohrbaugh and Mabel Anna Stambaugh Knouse of York. Thomas was an active member of New Life Ministries Church of God, York. He enjoyed ushering, greeting people at the door and counting attendance and offering, all of which he did very well. In earlier years he was employed by Eckert Trucking which he so loved. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son and brother, who was a faithful church-goer whose presence will be deeply missed. 

      Thomas leaves to cherish his memory his children, Christina Martin, Vance Rohrbaugh, (Glenda), Rebecca Hunt, Thomas Rohrbaugh Jr. (Geri Ann Rohrbaugh) and Derrick Beasley (Diane), fifteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Sharon Young and Vickie Coppersmith; a brother, Jeffery Knouse. He was preceded in death by his mother Mabel Knouse, father, Emanuel Rohrbaugh, step father George F. Knouse, sisters, Dawn Kopp, Jeanne Smith and Carolyn Markle, sons-in-law Bill Martin and Larry Hunt. 

     The Celebration of Life service will on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at New Life Ministries Church of God 601 Wallace St. York with his pastor, Diapaye Toe officiating which will be after the interment at Mt. Rose Cemetary. Anyone interested in attending the graveside service can meet at 10:30 a.m. at Gladfelter Funeral Home Inc. 822 E. Market St., York.
